We support clients through court proceedings as well as arbitration, adjudication, and mediation processes. In addition to providing expert advice for testimonial work, Babbage has a number of highly experienced adjudicators trained and certified by The Building Research Association of New Zealand (BRANZ) under their CITE “Construction Industry Training Enterprise” courses. These adjudicators can manage and coordinate activities and provide guidance on the issues at hand.
