Our services encompass all aspects of regional and district planning across New Zealand, from early-stage project assessments to Environment Court appeals for resource consent applications. Specific services include obtaining planning approvals for land developments, subdivisions, roads, wastewater, stormwater, and water transmission projects. We also assess discharges to air, land, and water against planning and environmental standards, implement changes to local authority plans, policies, and bylaws, and engage in stakeholder consultations such as the public and mana whenua groups.
